Niccolo Ragazzoni
Niccoló Ragazzoni brings over twenty years of international experience in the luxury wine and spirits industry, combining global leadership responsibilities with hands-on local market management.
He has held senior strategic roles at group and global level within the LVMH Group, while also leading operational market organizations across key geographies. His career spans a wide range of wine and spirits categories, working with iconic, established Maisons such as Dom Pérignon, Veuve Clicquot, Moët & Chandon, Armand de Brignac, Belvedere Vodka, and Joseph Phelps Vineyards, as well as with entrepreneurial, high-potential brands including WhistlePig Whiskey, Volcan Tequila, and French Bloom.
He specializes in luxury brand building, selective distribution, and long-term value creation, with deep international markets expertise across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, and a proven ability to translate global strategy into effective local execution. Having lived and worked across multiple international markets, he is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Italian, and is deeply passionate about travel, gastronomy, and art, which continue to shape his global perspective and leadership approach.


Antonin Delhaye
Antonin Delhaye supports premium wine and spirits brands in structuring their commercial development and accelerating international growth, drawing on nine years of experience within Bacardi.
His background spans both brand-building and commercial execution across multiple markets. He has worked on iconic premium brands such as Grey Goose vodka, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, and Patrón tequila, contributing to brand strategy and market activation in France and the UK.
Alongside marketing, Antonin has built strong commercial expertise through close collaboration with customers, insights-driven category work, and direct involvement in key negotiations. This combination of strategic vision and field-level execution enables him to align brand ambition with market realities across distribution, retail, and trade.
